In case you have received a wrong shipment or damaged product then please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
All custom made orders are non-returnable or exchangeable.
The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
The packaging should have the original tags in place.
Return of damaged products should be initiated within 5 days from the receiving date.
We might ask for images to assess your return access. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.

Incase you don't wish to purchase something immediately from the website, we are happy to issue a credit note too for the product value with a validity of 6 months. The product will have to be shipped back to us by the customer to our warehouse address.

Refund
