We do not have a return policy but are happy to offer an exchange if informed within 5 days of receipt of the product. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase and receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Only domestic orders can be returned.
• All custom made orders are non-returnable.
• The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.
• The packaging should have the original tags in place.
• Return should be initiated within 5 days from the receiving date.
• In case you have received a wrong shipment or damaged product then please inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product.
• We might ask for images to assess your return access. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.

Incase you don't wish to purchase something immediately from the website, we are happy to issue a credit note too for the product value with a validity of 6 months. The product will have to be shipped back to us by the customer to our warehouse address.

Refund
