Shipping

• Products are normally shipped within 1- 2 weeks.
• All orders are custom-made and not returnable.

Returns

Your product qualifies for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• You have received an incorrect product.
• The item is damaged or has a manufacturing flaw.

If eligible, notify us of returns within 24 hours of delivery.

Products bought at a sale or discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Alterations:

• Alterations may be possible based on the garment’s allowances and limitations. Alterations are free of charge for 15 days from the purchase date; after that, they will incur a fee determined by the nature of the change.
• Purchased garments cannot be returned or exchanged; they can only be altered within the physical limitations of the product at a pre-agreed cost, which will be communicated once an alteration or restoration request is made. If the garment lacks sufficient allowance for alterations or faces other restrictions, the company reserves the right to decline the request.
• Products bought on sale or discount cannot be returned or exchanged. Alterations for sale items are subject to a service charge.

Refunds:

If a customer qualifies for a refund, it will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality check. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags intact. My Mini Trunk reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met. Refunds will be issued within 15–30 days.

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled.

However, My Mini Trunk reserves the right to cancel any order at any time. Should this occur, a refund will be issued to the customer. The refund will reflect in your bank account in a certain number of days depending on the geographical location.

Products purchased under promotions or sale or bought using any coupon code is not subjected to cancellation.
